All our employees are LGCA Smart Choices trained and certified which means we reserve the right to refuse a drop off or pick-up order if we suspect it to be irresponsible according to LGCA legislation and regulation.
Individuals will be refused service if intoxicated. This will deem as a "unsuccessful delivery" and the delivery fee will no be refunded and the customer will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
